On July 5th, we kicked off Odem’s manager’s workshop, which will be spread over six months with varying frequency.
During the workshop, we explored tools for in-depth investigation, focusing on trust and total accountability as sources of improvement and empowerment, ultimately leading to excellence.
The experiential and constructive meeting proved to be eye-opening, providing us with excellent tools that we plan to implement in Odem over the coming months.
Our ultimate goal is to constantly improve and enhance efficiency, refine tools and methods, and strengthen our company’s human capital as a source of strength, all while striving for absolute excellence.
